15 Minute Strength Blitz
You will need:
- At least one PT band at your average resistance level, preferably two so you can leave one attached to an anchor.
- A pair of handles and suitable door to anchor a band with one of them or mid and high anchor options without using handles (see Starting Out for more information)

Technique Points:
- Single leg Squat, Single arm Row x 15 each side (mid anchor)
- Tennis Shots x 15 each side (mid anchor)
- Punches x 15 each side (mid anchor)
- Step Back and Pull x 15 each side (mid anchor)
- Harness Squats x 20 each side (band only)
- Front Squats x 15 (band only)
- Bridge and Pullover x 10 (mid anchor)
- Bridge and Tennis Shots x 10 each side (mid anchor)
- Front Squat with Overhead Press x 10 (band only)
- Single Leg Bicep Curl x 10 each side (band only)
- Woodchopper x 10 each side (high anchor)
- Anchored Dead Row x 10 (low anchor)
