Hip Mobiliser
You will need:
- One thick PT band
- A handle and suitable doorway to anchor a band or mid anchor option without using handles (see Starting Out for more information)

Technique Points:
- Waist Harness Lunge x 20 pulses each side
- Waist Harness Curtsey x 20 pulses each side
- Waist Harness Adductor x 20 pulses each side
- Thigh Harness Lunge x 20 pulses each side
- Thigh Harness Hamstring x 20 pulses each side
